Meet Our Founder
Kristian Trompiz, a native of Venezuela, has established himself as a prominent figure in the world of professional baseball. With seven years of experience as an infielder for the Houston Astros, Trompiz has showcased his exceptional skills and dedication to the sport. His passion for the game extends beyond the professional level, as he has also excelled in the Venezuelan winter ball from 2015 to 2017. Trompiz proudly contributed to the Houston Astros' success, being part of championship-winning teams at both the Low A class level and the High A class level. Not only has Trompiz proven himself on the field, but he has also demonstrated a commitment to nurturing young talent. With over five years of experience working with kids, Trompiz has shared his knowledge and expertise to inspire and guide the next generation of baseball players. In a notable highlight, Trompiz had the privilege of working with renowned player Jose Altuve during the 2021-2022 off-season. His outstanding defensive skills were recognized in 2013 when he was honored as the Defensive Player of the Year in the Dominican Summer League. Americo Vera
Coach
Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Americo Vera grew up in San Francisco, starting baseball at age 8 with local little leagues. He advanced through ranks, ventured into amateur baseball, and later professional Softball in Venezuela. By 25, he began coaching in San Francisco leagues, leading teams across all levels. In 2015 and 2016, his senior teams won national championships, representing Venezuela in Latin American tournaments in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. He's contributed to the growth of professionals like Meure Rodríguez and Luis Araujo. Now in Katy, Texas, Americo competes in national softball tournaments and remains committed to little league coaching.
Meure Rodriguez

From Maracaibo, Meure's baseball journey epitomizes talent, hard work, and excellence. Notably, he played for the Yankees from 2015 to 2021, becoming a key figure in Major League Baseball with his skills and contributions. Besides the major leagues, Meure was deeply committed to minor league Spring Training, especially from 2018 to 2020, demonstrating his determination to evolve. In the minor leagues, he shone with 240 plate appearances, not just as a catcher but as a pivotal force in the pitcher-catcher dynamic, fortifying the team's defense.
Gustavo Rincon

From Maracaibo, Venezuela, Gustavo Rincon is both a seasoned coach and a proficient industrial engineer. His dedication to sports shines through his participation in the Venezuela National Games and the Latin American Little League Tournament. In 2004 and 2005, Gustavo represented Zulia State in the Bolivarian National Games, cementing his legacy in regional sports. Concurrently, Gustavo pursued higher education, currently advancing towards an Engineering degree. His ability to balance academics and sports showcases his determination and adept time management. Also a college softball player for LUZ University, Gustavo epitomizes the essence of a dedicated student-athlete.
Thomas Kosch

Thomas Koch began playing T-Ball with the YMCA at age four, transitioning to the West Houston Thunder Baseball Club at nine. In 2019, he joined the varsity roster, defending a 2018 DIII National Championship in the Home School World Series. Despite a COVID-shortened 2020 season, Thomas led in innings pitched. In his stellar 2021 senior year, he excelled both offensively and defensively. Post-season, he signed with Missouri Valley College, but an elbow injury led him to the Texas Coastal Baseball League, playing for the Port Aransas Oilers. Due to injury recurrence, Thomas transitioned to coaching, now sharing his expertise with the Katy Bombers 10u. Notably, he achieved the 2021 HWSA All-American Runner-up title and led the West Houston Thunder 9u to a 2022 League Championship.riefly introduce yourself and share something interesting with website visitors.
